Good Eggs Benedict recipe and Hollandaise sauce as well
Hollandaise sauce belongs to the French haute cuisine mother sauce class. Observe that that you have only 5 such sauces and it is considered to be incredibly complex to make being that the yolks are inclined to scramble as you cook them. The nativity of the name is deemed to originate from a Dutch sauce that was replicated for a trip to France by the King of Netherlands. Hollandaise sauce was made known worldwide as the key contributor behind the Eggs Benedict recipe and in conjunction with vegetables such as broccoli. The sauce is an emulsion of yolk and butter with a little lemon juice. It looks light yellow and opaque and is velvety and milky in texture. Here is a recipe I discovered for Hollandaise sauce.
